Interview with a senior team member
In-depth open discussion with a senior technical staff member.
The take-home exercise assesses your general programming skills. Most successful candidates complete the exercise in ~5-8 hours.
This is an opportunity to get to know the rest of the team in our office or over one-on-one walks outside.
We typically ask for 3 references.
