Responsibilities
•

Execute on the sales strategy, including communicating goals, tracking performance, and striving to constantly improve outcomes

Support the execution of a multi-year sales strategy in partnership with the leadership team, including contributing to creation of short-term and long-term strategic objectives
•
Quickly test new ideas, using our innovation practices, combining data and insight to learn and innovate rapidly
•
Coach employees and provide regular feedback to emphasize role priorities, including sales, forecast accuracy, problem-solving skills, and innovation.
•
Manage a sales funnel and maintain a sustainable sales cycle to achieve quarterly targets.
•
Collaborate with key stakeholders to influence the consultant process
•
Utilize resources efficiently to manage account territory and close deals at scale.
•
Measure success through key metrics including quota attainment, close rates, and pipeline velocity.
Qualifications
•
Minimum 2+ years of quota-carrying leadership experience in the merchant services industry.
•
Prior sales experience with accounting, ERP, or other financial management software is preferred.
•
Experience selling merchant services across various industries with a strategic positioning against customer challenges.
•
Familiarity with merchant service industry standards as it relates to rates, cost analysis, and risk management.
•
Deep understanding of Account Receivable and Account Payable processes related to money movement.
•
Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of sales levers, metrics, performance standards and sales methodology
•
Proven success in building high performing teams that consistently deliver and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
•
Track record of collaborating and influencing in a sales team environment.
•
An unwavering positive attitude, strong drive for results, and the ability to deal with ambiguity
•
Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred.
