We are seeking a motivated Junior Team Lead to support and oversee projects related to autonomous vehicles (AV) and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS). The role involves coordinating test teams, ensuring project milestones are met, and leveraging knowledge of the local environment and regulations to drive effective field operations and high-quality data collection. Primary Responsibilities

Assist in planning and execution of AV/ADAS testing projects, including timelines, resource allocation, and reporting.

Supervise and guide small field and testing teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards, test protocols, and deadlines.

Use knowledge of the local market, infrastructure, and regulations to support site selection and optimize test operations.
•
Monitor testing quality and data accuracy, troubleshoot operational issues, and escalate challenges to senior management when needed.
•
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, safety, operations, project management) to align fieldwork with project objectives.
•
Contribute to training sessions for test operators and field staff, providing feedback to improve performance and safety compliance.
•
Prepare status updates, safety logs, and project documentation for management and regulatory review.
Requirements
•
1–2 years of experience in project coordination, automotive testing, field operations, or team leadership.
•
Strong understanding of local traffic regulations, safety protocols, and infrastructure relevant to AV/ADAS testing.
•
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
•
Ability to multitask and manage small teams effectively under tight deadlines.
•
Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with test management or data collection tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
•
Prior experience as a team coordinator, project assistant, or junior lead in automotive, mobility, or technology projects.
•
Familiarity with AV/ADAS systems, sensor technologies (LiDAR, radar, cameras), or test data platforms.
•
Safety certification or training related to vehicle testing is a strong asset.
•
Fluency in multiple local languages is an advantage.
