We are seeking a Product Development Lead for our client β a fast-growing eβcommerce brand scaling across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and TikTok Shop. This is a strategic role designed to reduce dependency on a single hero product and establish a repeatable, systematic product launch process that drives long-term growth.
π Key Responsibilities
β’
End-to-end product development: idea generation, market research, supplier sourcing, sample management, and launch execution.
β’
Build scalable systems: SOPs, playbooks, and pipeline trackers to ensure repeatable success.
β’
Lead supplier negotiations, manage quotes and samples, and maintain supplier databases.
β’
Execute product launches on Amazon: PPC strategy, Vine enrollment, coupon campaigns, and A/B content testing.
β’
Deliver clear, data-driven recommendations (Go/No-Go) and stand behind decisions.
β’
Provide weekly pipeline updates and monthly portfolio reviews to leadership.
β Must-Have Qualifications
β’
Proven track record of Amazon product launches from research through to successful sales.
β’
Expert-level Helium 10 proficiency (Black Box, Cerebro, Magnet, Xray) β able to teach others.
β’
Strong financial acumen: ability to build and interpret P&L, calculate margins, ROI, and COGS.
Basic knowledge of logistics and operations (FBA, 3PL, freight).
β’
Awareness of TikTok Shop product trends.
π€ Soft Skills
β’
Resilient and persistent β does not stop at obstacles, drives products to market.
β’
Creative yet practical β generates ideas and finds actionable solutions.
β’
Analytical thinker β delivers clear recommendations, not just raw data.
β’
Accountable β stands behind Go/No-Go decisions with confidence.
β’
Highly organized β manages multiple product pipelines and deadlines simultaneously.
β’
Strong communicator β produces clear briefs and negotiates effectively in English.
π― Ideal Candidate
The ideal hire is a builder, not a reporter: someone who identifies challenges and proposes solutions. They think like an investor (evaluating risk and potential), act like a founder (owning execution and outcomes), and design systems that scale beyond their individual contribution.
π‘ Benefits
β’
2-week paid trial period.
β’
Performance bonus opportunities tied to successful product launches.
β’
Long-term role β building a 10-year company, not a short-term project.
β’
Flexible time off: 7 days for part-time and 14 days for full-time, usable for vacation, sick leave, or national holidays (no mandatory US holiday schedule).
β’
Structured incentive plans including monthly and quarterly bonuses based on performance and brand priorities.
