Mujin is a global leader in industrial automation, redefining supply chain efficiency through MujinOS—our intelligent operating system for robotics. At our core is Machine Intelligence (MujinMI), a unique approach that leverages real-time digital twins and advanced perception, planning, and control algorithms to achieve fully autonomous operations.
Our flagship product, MujinController, empowers users with a highly configurable, no-code interface. By integrating cutting-edge motion planning and computer vision, it enables seamless automation for complex applications such as palletizing, picking, and truck unloading.
Headquartered in Japan with a growing presence in the US, China, and Europe, we invite you to join a dynamic environment where you can shape the future of automation.

•
Manage a portfolio of technical program and product workstreams, maintaining alignment with business priorities and delivery timelines.
•
Guide the definition and evolution of major product and system portfolios, collaborating with R&D and engineering to ensure delivery feasibility and technical alignment.
•
Engage with all relevant teams and own the process to collect and manage requirements needed for successful delivery.
•
Ensure deliverables align with company OKRs, roadmaps, initiatives, and that performance indicators are reflections of company direction.
Requirements:
•
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred
•
5+ years of experience in program or project management within software development or systems engineering
•
Proven experience leading large-scale programs, cross-functional software or technical programs with multiple stakeholder groups
•

•
