As an Engineering Manager for Salesforce & GTM Systems within Docusign’s Applications Engineering Team, you will lead a high-performing engineering squad to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade applications across Salesforce, React, AWS, and Node.js backend services. You will collaborate across all GTM pillars-Sales, Success, and Partner to deliver secure, resilient, and intelligent business solutions. This role requires a unique blend of deep Salesforce expertise, robust full-stack backend experience, and an AI-first mindset. You will steer the team away from traditional low-code configurations toward code-driven architectures, shaping the next generation of agentic and autonomous workflows within Docusign. This position is a people manager role reporting to the Senior Manager, GTM Engineering. Responsibility Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of full-stack and Salesforce engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning Lead experimentation and integration of modern AI/ML capabilities, LLMs, and agentic workflows into the GTM ecosystem Design and develop scalable backend services, microservices, and domain logic layers using Node.js and AWS cloud infrastructure Treat Apex as a robust server-side programming environment rather than a mere scripting tool Oversee the design and implementation of enterprise-grade, code-driven UI components using React, Angular, and Lightning Web Components (LWC/LWR) with an emphasis on scalable frontend orchestration Architect and implement API-first, event-driven integrations across distributed systems using REST, Node.js services, AWS infrastructure, and Salesforce Platform Events Design systems capable of handling high-volume, enterprise-scale workloads, including bulk data processing, asynchronous patterns, and proactive performance optimization Own the end-to-end SDLC.
