Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee platform development, mining operations, and global expansion, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals.

Lead fundraising and investor relations to secure capital and drive growth through partnerships.

Build and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and decentralized collaboration.

Establish alliances with blockchain ecosystems, hardware providers, and financial stakeholders to enhance mining capabilities.

Represent the company in Web3 and mining communities, building credibility with regulators and industry leaders.

Qualifications:

10+ years in leadership roles within fintech, blockchain, or crypto, including 5+ years as a C-level executive.
•
Proven success leading startups or high-growth companies, ideally in Bitcoin mining or Web3 infrastructure.
•
Strong expertise in Bitcoin, PoW mining, blockchain technology, and mining hardware ecosystems.
•
Demonstrated ability in fundraising, investor relations, and strategic partnership development.
•
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience scaling teams in fast-paced environments.
•
Knowledge of global crypto mining regulations and energy markets.
•
Passion for decentralization, Bitcoin mining, and Web3 innovation.
•
Fluency in English; additional language proficiency (e.g., Mandarin) is a plus.
