We’re looking for an Agency Lead to scale Framer’s global agency program.You’ll work with well-established creative agencies from startup-focused studios to enterprise partners helping them confidently build high-impact, complex business websites on Framer.You will set direction, increase adoption, address gaps, and turn agencies into a meaningful upmarket growth engine for Framer.
What you’ll do
•
Own and evolve Framer’s agency program strategy, especially for upmarket growth
•
Move agencies from “tool in the toolbox” to Framer-first for larger, more complex builds
•
Identify blockers and test solutions quickly
•
Operationalize co-selling with agencies on enterprise opportunities
•
Activate embedded Framer Experts inside agency teams for larger builds
•
Partner closely with Enterprise Sales & Customer Success to advance agency-led deals
•
Build repeatable playbooks for: upmarket activation, co-selling, and enterprise enablement
•
Selectively recruit agencies and increase pipeline from those partners targeting our ICP
•
Represent Framer at agency events (SODA, SXSW, etc.)
•
Continuously test, iterate, and scale what works
What you’ll bring
•
7–10+ years in agency partnerships, strategic partnerships, or senior agency-side experience
•
Deep familiarity of how agencies choose platforms — including the commercial, technical, and behavioral drivers behind those choices
•
Proven ability to influence teams when shifting platform adoption
•
Track record of growing partner-sourced pipeline, especially within mid-market or enterprise segments
•
Experience helping teams adopt new behaviors — not just building relationships
•
Strategic thinker who operates with a clear sense of priority and executes quickly
•
Comfortable in ambiguity; energized by scaling an early motion
•
Bias toward action and comfortable getting into real deals and real blockers
•
Strong operator who can turn insights into scalable systems (enablement, co-selling, activation)
