The Construction Project Manager – Installation (Internally titled Installation & Service Leader) leads Landscape Forms installation projects ranging from approximately $100K to $2M+ from planning and site readiness through execution and closeout. You’ll oversee schedules, budgets, field resources, and subcontractors while partnering with customers and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards.
Success in this role comes from a strong construction background, project management expertise, and the ability to lead teams in the field. You’ll anticipate challenges, keep projects moving, and bring the right people and resources together to deliver a successful installation across commercial environments including higher education, corporate campuses, healthcare, multifamily residential, and municipal spaces.
Projects range from straightforward installations to more complex environments incorporating integrated technology, water management, and third-party accessories.
During the first 6–12 months, you’ll spend significant time onsite learning our products, teams, and installation processes firsthand. Individual installations typically require 1–3 weeks onsite, with schedules generally established 2–3 months in advance. Flexibility is important as construction schedules can shift, but travel is expected to decrease as you become established in the role.
