Form Energy is hiring a Process Engineering Manager to oversee our Electrode Manufacturing Operations. In this role, you will lead a team of process engineers, equipment engineers, and technicians responsible for the performance, reliability, and efficiency of our electrode production lines — spanning powder handling, mixing, and roll-to-roll tape formation processes. You’ll bring strong technical judgment grounded in material science, along with a data-driven approach, to guide your team in diagnosing process issues, prioritizing improvement projects, and implementing robust, high-impact solutions on the floor. You will own staffing, coaching, and performance management for your team, while partnering with cross-functional engineering leaders to translate process and materials insights into meaningful, lasting manufacturing improvements.
