In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank’s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Objective :To perform and support the operation of Application and Drawdown processing in providing quality and efficient services to internal and external customers such as Credit Information searching, DOA, issuing loan documents, loan drawdown and disbursement to both internal and external customersResponsibilities :
•
To provide accurate and timely documents preparation, loan documents checking, data input,Credit Information searching, loan drawdown and disbursement
•
To achieve and work adherence to specified performance standards in turnaround time
•
To perform daily processing jobs of Application & Drawdown Processing including verify duly approval of facility applications against Bank’s DOA, prepare documents and handle search & enquiry
•
To maintain status tracking records for all related documentation & loan processing
•
To perform general duties, such as letter mailing, document filing, copying & typing and perform other duties as assigned.

To answer general enquiries in relating to Application & Drawdown Processing from internal and external parties
•
To assist supervisors to provide the training to new staff
•
To understand the bank policies on data protection, risk & security control and regulatory compliance in order to comply requirements; and escalate problem / exception to supervisor or manager immediatelyTo support in ad-hoc project and assist to conduct user acceptance testing & live verification as well as live verification on various systems enhancements so as to have better customer experience, increase productivity and control effectiveness in daily operations

To timely escalate issue or incident to supervisor

To provide cross-team support to the Collateral Safekeeping team for handling document-related tasks, including the in/out process and BAU activities.Requirements
•
Degree holder, or post-secondary education with 5 years working experience where experienced in checker role would be a plus.
•
Good knowledge and experience of loan operations especially in loan redemption.
•
Good knowledge of Corporate Loan Product.
•
Accuracy and thoroughness in work.
•
Good senses of risk control and management.
•
Self-motivated with good analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
•
Good team player, supportive and flexible to take up departmental tasks.
•
Good PC knowledge and skills such as MS Word, Excel and Access.
•
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
•
