The Specialist Compliance Lead is responsible for developing and maintaining the organisation’s compliance, governance and assurance activities to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory, legal, contractual and corporate obligations. Operating within a highly regulated and scrutinised data centre and cloud technology environment, the role ensures compliance to organisation-wide policies, standards, laws, frameworks, and management systems.
The role acts as a trusted advisor to the Head of Risk & Compliance and business stakeholders, ensuring governance and compliance obligations are embedded within business operations, technology platforms and company initiatives. The position plays a critical role in supporting enterprise wide governance processes, maintaining stakeholder confidence, and promoting a culture of integrity, accountability and continuous improvement.
