Make your mark in Commercial Casualty
This role offers the opportunity to launch a career in Commercial Casualty underwriting, supporting businesses as they navigate complex liability exposures in an evolving risk landscape. As a Professional Associate, you will partner with experienced underwriters to evaluate risk, develop tailored insurance solutions, and contribute to the profitable growth of both new and renewal business portfolios across a broad range of industries. Working with sectors such as construction, manufacturing, energy, and mining, you will gain exposure to the sophisticated risks that power the economy. Through collaboration with brokers and underwriting professionals, you will build technical expertise, strengthen client relationships, and develop the analytical and business acumen required to balance risk, growth, and profitability while establishing a foundation for long-term success in underwriting.

Minimum Qualifications
Our Early Careers programs are designed for students and recent graduates who are beginning their professional careers, generally within one year of completing their degree.
Education Requirements
•
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree to be received no later than June 2027 (unofficial transcript required upon application).
Program Requirements
•
Available to start the Program on July 26, 2027.
•
Analyst positions are in-person opportunities, requiring employees to work in the office at least four days per week.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.

Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
•
Ability to collaborate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
•
Demonstrated outstanding academic and extracurricular achievement.
•
Excelled in previous work experience.
