We are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results! Geotab is seeking a Senior Segment Product Marketing Manager (Field Service) who will be a senior individual contributor within Geotab’s Segment Product Marketing team. This role owns the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for Geotab’s assigned segments, with minimal oversight and deep subject matter expertise. Recognized as Geotab’s internal authority on segment go-to-market, this role sits at the intersection of strategy, market intelligence, and cross-functional execution. If you love technology and are keen to join an industry leader, we would love to hear from you!
You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution for Geotab’s Field Service segment — spanning Specialty Trade Contractors (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing) and Property Maintenance operators — including research, messaging, content, and sales enablement, and be able to demonstrate the pipeline results generated. You understand the field service buying cycle, from owner-operator gut-feel decisions to multi-stakeholder enterprise fleet committees, and the factors — payback period, technician adoption, and FSM integration — that shape purchasing decisions in this segment. You’re a strong cross-functional partner to both Sales and Product, and you know how to position Geotab as a fleet intelligence platform, not just a GPS tool, without losing the brand.
The Senior Segment Product Marketing Manager (Field Service) is instrumental in shaping and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Geotab’s Field Service revenue objectives. This role requires impactful relationships across Marketing, Sales, and the partner ecosystem to propel Geotab’s market presence with specialty trade and property maintenance fleets — from owner-operators to enterprise field service organizations. By collaborating closely with demand generation, content, events, product marketing, and sales teams, this role ensures that marketing plans are seamlessly integrated with Field Service goals. Through effective communication, market intelligence, and strategic execution, this role maximizes the impact of marketing efforts — creating a unified approach that supports Geotab’s Field Service revenue objectives.
