Join our team as a Business Development Specification and play a key role in driving specification-led demand creation within the construction industry. You will work closely with architects, consultants, developers, project owners, and key stakeholders to promote innovative building solutions and influence project specifications from the design stage.
Key Responsibilities
•
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve growth targets and expand market opportunities.
•
Drive specification-led demand creation by influencing architects, consultants, developers, and project owners to adopt company solutions at the design stage.
•
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers across the construction value chain.
•
Identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities to strengthen competitive positioning.
•
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent project execution and customer engagement.
•
Manage and develop a strong project pipeline to support long-term revenue growth and project conversion.
Qualifications
•
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
•
Experience in business development, project sales, specification selling, technical sales, or the construction/building materials industry.
•
Proven experience engaging with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
•
Strong communication, relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
•
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•
Willingness and ability to travel throughout Thailand for customer visits and project engagements.
