What we are looking for:
We are seeking Operatives with Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.
All Candidates must have experience in one or more of the below positions:
Requirements

· Traffic Safety Control Officer/ Traffic Safety Supervisor (TSCO/TSS)
Duties may include:
•
Ensuring Traffic Management sites are installed in compliance with NHSS.
•
Deliver site daily briefings.
•
Have a competent understating and implementation of ‘Raising The Bar’ document.
•
Reporting near misses and anything necessary to Operation Managers.
•
Complete nightly reports on behalf of the client.
•
Liaising directly with clients, local authorities and highway control.
•
Directly manage your crew to ensure your teammates meet and maintain high quality work plans.
•
Read, review and interpret CAD Traffic Management drawings.
•
Ensure Traffic Management and operations is in accordance with Chapter 8.
•
To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality of operations.
•
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
•
Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
•
Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements.
•
Complete Risk Assessments.
Requirements
Skills & Experience
•
Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications
•
Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check
•
Right to Work in UK
•
Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points)
