💰 $55/Hour + Monthly Bonus Potential
We believe flexibility and meaningful work should come with competitive compensation.

💵 $55 per billable hour — LCSW, LPC, or LMFT with independent licensure

⭐ Earn More Through Monthly Bonuses
Eligible clinicians have the opportunity to earn an additional monthly performance-based bonus on top of their regular billable compensation.
Bonus eligibility is based on applicable productivity and performance expectations, giving you another opportunity to increase your monthly earnings while being recognized for consistently providing high-quality care.
🕐 Flexibility Without the Hustle
You’ll carry a target caseload of 15–22 sessions per week, providing individual and family therapy through telehealth.
Most clinicians work weekday afternoons and evenings, typically 2–9 PM, with weekend availability a plus.
You build the schedule. We support the rest.
Backpack provides the referrals and administrative infrastructure so you can spend more of your time focused on your clients — not searching for them or managing unnecessary administrative work.

You’ll provide compassionate, evidence-informed behavioral healthcare to children, teens, young adults, and their families.
Since 2020, we’ve served 12,000+ children and families through accessible behavioral healthcare.
78% of families report that their child is doing better after three months of care.
Now we’re bringing that mission to Arizona.
