Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary depending on role focus and organization, and may include:

Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts and financial reports
•
Managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
•
Conducting financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance reporting
•
Overseeing general ledger activities, reconciliations, and month-end close
•
Supporting strategic and commercial decision-making with financial insights
•
Ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal financial control frameworks
•
Coordinating with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders
•
Improving financial processes, reporting accuracy, and controls
•
Mentoring or managing junior finance and accounting staff
Requirements
•
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
•
CPA, ACCA, CA, CIMA, SOCPA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
•
5–10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles
•
Strong working knowledge of IFRS
•
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
