Monthly Base Compensation
USD $1,000–$1,500 per month, depending on your PR experience, media relationships, earned placement history, AI proficiency, communication skill, and overall alignment with the role.
Performance Incentives
Eligible for performance incentives of up to USD $500 per month based on verified earned media placements, tier-1 podcast bookings, keynote or speaking wins, and KPI over-performance.

You’ll help build public authority across Human Intelligence’s ecosystem by securing earned visibility in relevant media, podcasts, industry publications, speaking platforms, influencer collaborations, and thought leadership opportunities.

About the Role
As our PR Specialist, you’ll be responsible for securing earned media, podcast interviews, speaking opportunities, thought leadership placements, and strategic visibility opportunities across relevant industries and audiences.
You will partner closely with Marketing and senior leadership to ensure our public messaging is timely, credible, compelling, and aligned with business priorities.
This is an AI-first PR role.
You’ll be expected to actively use AI for research, media list building, pitch personalization, trend analysis, angle development, workflow management, briefing preparation, reporting, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing
Earned Media & Press Placement
•
Secure earned media placements across TV, radio, digital publications, magazines, newspapers, industry media, and authority platforms.
•
Pitch approved Human Intelligence leaders, products, services, ideas, and insights into relevant media narratives.
•
Identify timely, newsworthy angles aligned with public-interest trends, current events, health, wellbeing, AI, education, longevity, human performance, and technology.
•
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, producers, and media gatekeepers.
•
Write media pitches, press angles, journalist notes, spokesperson briefs, and follow-up communications.
•
Manage media follow-up, scheduling, briefing, and placement logistics from start to finish.
Podcast Placement
•
Identify and secure high-quality podcast interviews for approved Human Intelligence spokespeople.
•
Research and qualify podcasts based on audience size, credibility, engagement, brand fit, and topic alignment.
•
Prioritize tier-1 podcast opportunities with strong reach and public credibility.
•
Pitch podcast hosts and producers with tailored angles that create genuine interest.
•
Prepare interview briefing notes and spokesperson preparation materials.
•
Track podcast outreach, responses, bookings, publication status, and audience reach.
Keynote & Speaking Opportunities
•
Research global conferences, summits, panels, virtual events, and speaking opportunities aligned with Human Intelligence’s core themes.
•
Pitch approved speakers for keynote, featured speaker, panel, interview, and expert commentary opportunities.
•
Write speaker abstracts, session titles, event proposals, bios, and speaker positioning documents.
•
Prioritize value-exchange opportunities wherever possible, including speaking in return for exposure, access, booth presence, partner benefits, or strategic visibility.
•
Track opportunities, deadlines, submissions, responses, bookings, and results.
Influencer & Authority Partnerships
•
Identify relevant influencers, creators, experts, podcast hosts, educators, industry figures, and thought leaders.
•
Vet opportunities based on reach, credibility, engagement, audience trust, and brand fit.
•
Support non-paid value-exchange collaborations where appropriate.
•
Coordinate outreach, relationship management, deliverables, follow-up, and documentation.
•
Ensure every collaboration strengthens credibility, not just visibility.
Thought Leadership & Profile Building
•
Help strengthen the public profiles of approved Human Intelligence leaders and spokespeople.
•
Build consistent narrative themes across media, podcasts, speaking opportunities, and thought leadership platforms.
•
Support the creation of spokesperson bios, positioning statements, talking points, media briefs, and authority-building materials.
•
Work with Marketing to ensure PR opportunities are supported with strong copy, assets, landing pages, social content, and follow-up campaigns.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
We’re looking for an experienced PR operator who can secure real earned visibility independently.
You should have:
•
5+ years of experience in Public Relations, Communications, Media Relations, Earned Media, Thought Leadership, or Earned Visibility.
•
Proven track record securing earned media placements without relying on paid PR, advertorials, or sponsorship-only placements.
•
Strong media pitching ability across journalists, producers, editors, podcast hosts, and event organizers.
•
Experience writing strong journalist pitches, producer pitches, podcast pitches, speaker abstracts, bios, briefing notes, and follow-up communications.
•
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
•
Excellent organization and follow-through.
•
Ability to manage multiple outreach streams at the same time.
•
Strong research capability.
•
Confidence communicating with senior leaders and preparing spokesperson materials.
•
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Monthly Base Compensation
