AHS, a premier name in luxury real estate development, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Manager – Architectural to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for leading architectural design efforts across a range of high-end residential and commercial projects. You will oversee the architectural team, ensuring that design concepts are innovative, functional, and aligned with client expectations as well as regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage the architectural design process from initial concept through to project completion
•
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including interior designers, engineers, and project managers, to develop cohesive design solutions

Review and refine architectural plans and drawings to ensure quality and compliance with company standards
•
Coordinate project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and successful project delivery
•
Engage with clients to understand their vision, provide updates, and gather feedback during the design phase
•
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications
•
Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in architectural design
•
Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the architectural team
Requirements
•
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
•
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on luxury residential or commercial projects
•
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of completed architectural projects
•
Proven leadership skills and experience managing design teams
•
Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
•
Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability practices
•
Registered Architect (RA) or equivalent licensure is preferred
•
Professional certifications such as LEED, AIA, or a comparable professional architecture credential are a plus.
