We are seeking a Senior Manager, Client Lead, a senior client-facing role responsible for owning clientrelationships, representing client interests internally, and driving the sale and expansion of Blockstream’s services across enterprise and institutional accounts.
Operating within the Service & Enterprise Solutions organization, the Senior Manager, Client Lead acts as the primary commercial and relationship owner for assigned clients. This role works closely with the Director, Head of Delivery, as well as Solutions, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure client needs are understood, prioritized, and translated into successful service engagements.
While delivery execution and solution architecture are owned by peer roles, the Senior Manager, Client Lead is accountable for client satisfaction, account growth, and service adoption, ensuring Blockstream is a trusted long-term partner to its clients.
