Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:
• Fluent in English (written and verbal): You communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners, and can translate complex operational details into simple, actionable language.
• 3+ years building internal tools, automations, or software in a SaaS environment: You have hands-on experience shipping working solutions — not just configuring no-code tools. You are comfortable using modern AI development tools (such as Claude Code) to accelerate building, and you can take a problem from spec to deployment independently.
• Fluent in the modern automation and AI stack: You are comfortable across orchestration and deployment tools including n8n, Vercel, Dokploy, and custom APIs — and you have hands-on experience integrating and building on Salesforce and Snowflake. Familiarity with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI) for production workflows is required; experience with HubSpot or other GTM tools is a plus.
• Strong with data and APIs: You write SQL confidently (Snowflake or similar), understand data modeling and warehouse concepts, and are comfortable consuming and connecting APIs, webhooks, and event-driven systems. You treat clean, well-modeled data as non-negotiable, and you understand how data flows from CRM to warehouse to power reliable automations.
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented: You can manage multiple projects, stakeholder requests, and production issues simultaneously without compromising accuracy or quality — and without losing sight of the big picture. You hold yourself to a high standard of ownership and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment where deadlines are real.
• A resourceful builder and cross-functional collaborator: You have a curiosity for pulling apart complex problems, diagnosing root causes, and shipping sustainable solutions. You can translate technical work into plain language for non-technical stakeholders, push back on bad ideas, build trust across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Revenue Operations, and proactively share context so that everyone stays aligned.
