Blitzy is transforming how enterprise software gets built. Our platform reverse-engineers entire codebases to create a dynamic knowledge graph and orchestrates thousands of specialized AI agents to plan, build, and validate enterprise grade code. By enabling organizations to modernize legacy applications, reduce technical debt, and accelerate software delivery, Blitzy is redefining the future of software development.
We are looking for a highly strategic and analytical Strategy & Operations to partner closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to drive growth across the business.
This is a highly visible, client-facing role focused on helping enterprise organizations understand, quantify, and realize the business impact of adopting Blitzy. You will work directly with prospective and existing customers to evaluate modernization opportunities, develop executive-level business cases, measure outcomes, and identify new areas for expansion.
Internally, you will operate as a force multiplier across the company, supporting strategic initiatives, GTM planning, market analysis, operational scaling, and executive decision-making.
