Qualifications
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electronic Engineering, Robotics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C/C++, Rust, or similar programming languages.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, computer architecture, and software engineering fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and AI system concepts.
• Experience through coursework, research projects, internships, open-source contributions, or personal projects in software development, AI, or distributed systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global and cross-functional environment.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about technology innovation and AI system development.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience or project background in one or more of the following areas:
• AI model training and inference optimization, including LLMs, multimodal models, vision AI, robotics, or physical AI.
• Distributed AI systems and infrastructure, such as model serving, distributed computing, scheduling, networking, storage, and resource management.
• Reinforcement learning, AI agents, robotics, or intelligent decision-making systems.
• AI frameworks and tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, vLLM, SGLang, or related technologies.
