What a Typical Day Looks Like
You may start by reviewing transactions and completing reconciliations in NetSuite, then investigate discrepancies across several entities or development projects.
From there, you might process journal entries, import financial data, update property-level P&Ls, prepare month-end schedules, work through requests from the Fractional CFO, or gather documentation for an external accounting review.
Throughout the day, you’ll ensure every entity’s books remain accurate, reconciled, and ready for reliable reporting.
In short: you own the accounting execution that keeps a complex multi-entity financial environment clean and trustworthy.
This role is execution-focused and systems-driven.
You’ll be supported by established accounting frameworks, recurring close cycles, leadership, and external accounting partners.
