As Director of IT Platform at our dynamic, rapidly evolving global application security company, you will be accountable for designing and operating the internal technology platform that powers how work gets done across the business. You will evolve IT from a traditional support function into a cloud-native, AI-forward platform—connecting systems, automating workflows, and enabling scalable, efficient operations.
You will partner cross-functionally to shape how our systems, data, and processes work together—from employee lifecycle and access management to enterprise applications and business workflows—ensuring a secure, reliable, and scalable environment. You will translate strategy into clear priorities, measurable outcomes, and accountability while using data and operating metrics to identify risks, make informed decisions, and adjust resources as needed.
In addition, you will lead and develop a global IT organization across end-user computing, identity and access management, enterprise applications, and infrastructure. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to redefine IT, accelerate execution, and enable the company’s next phase of growth.
