In this role, you will serve as a key leader within the Global Supply Chain Planning organization and be responsible for advancing demand planning capabilities through process excellence, digital transformation, and forecasting performance improvement. This role partners across Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, Operations, IT, and Global Planning teams to design, implement, and sustain scalable planning processes and technologies.
You will lead the development of standardized demand planning procedures, oversee business ownership of Blue Yonder planning capabilities, and drive initiatives that improve forecast quality, planning efficiency, and business outcomes. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, change leadership, operational excellence, and deep planning expertise to support Medtronic’s mission of alleviating pain, restoring health, and extending life. You will report to the Director, Demand Planning Center of Excellence. The role is based in Heerlen, and follows a remote work model. No travel is required for this position.
