The Automation & Digitalization Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting automation, robotics, and digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations. The role focuses on improving safety, quality, productivity, sustainability, and operational efficiency through the application of industrial automation, Industry 4.0 technologies, AI-enabled solutions, and data-driven manufacturing systems.
The successful candidate will work closely with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, IT/Digital Technology (DT), and external suppliers to deliver automation projects from concept through implementation while ensuring reliable and sustainable plant operations
