We are seeking a Manager, Business Analytics to act as the true “system owner” for our Core Lending Platform. But beware; this role is not passive “requirements takers”. Managing a $4B portfolio and hundreds of thousands of customer accounts requires someone with a sense of gravitas and a “zero-defect” mindset.
In this role, you will lead the rebuild of key components of our core platform to ensure it’s ready to power our next phase of growth. You will ensure that our homegrown system-of-record and every single payment, fee, loan modification, write-off, repossession, and reporting output is precise, reliable, explainable and consistent across every account, and every touchpoint across the business.
