• Shopify store accuracy: upload received inventory under its correct, full retail product name (never the vendor’s internal shorthand code), with matching photos, correct UPC/SKU, and accurate pricing — including correctly distinguishing component pricing (e.g., a frame-only listing) from complete-build pricing.
• Inventory management: run routine spot-checks across a high-SKU, multi-vendor catalog to keep on-hand counts accurate and prevent online orders being taken for items that are out of stock or don’t actually match what’s listed.
• Purchase order processing: enter POs that exactly match what was actually ordered (correct colorway, size, and spec variants — not assumptions), and reconcile incoming shipments against POs and vendor invoices.
• Vendor coordination: follow up with vendors on order status and outstanding invoices; request proper invoices when only an order form is on file.
• General admin support: email management, scheduling, and other day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.
