These roles are designed for mid- to senior-level candidates with a clear pathway toward technical leadership and project management.

Lead civil design and plan development for roads, drainage, grading, utilities, and site development
•
Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and consultant coordination
•
Oversee permitting and compliance with local/state/federal requirements
•
Review calculations, drawings, specifications, and construction submittals
•
Partner with clients, municipalities, and contractors through delivery
Requirements
•
BS in Civil Engineering or related discipline
•
7–15+ years of civil/infrastructure project experience
•
Proficiency in Civil 3D and/or MicroStation (role dependent)
•
Strong knowledge of design standards, permitting, and construction documentation
•
PE license preferred (or active progression toward licensure)
