Essential Job Functions:• Manage and execute program plans, ensuring goals are met within budget and timeline.• Support program management team members, assisting with their development and performance.• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to address inquiries and ensure program success.• Assist in managing program budgets and resource allocation efforts.• Identify and address potential risks that may impact program delivery.• Work with stakeholders to clarify and document program scope, objectives, and deliverables.• Maintain program documentation and prepare regular status reports.• Assist in resource planning and allocation to ensure efficient program execution.
Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.• Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role• Proven experience in program and project management• Proficiencies in program planning, execution, and team leadership• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technologyOther Qualifications:• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus• Relevant certifications, such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP (Program Management Professional), or equivalent, are a plus
