The preferred candidate for our Global Physical Security Organization should have law enforcement experience with a 4-year degree in Criminal Justice or similar fields of study, or work-related equivalent experience in the military, risk mitigation and compliance, or corporate management experience with a focus on physical security.
Qualified candidate will be assigned a primary PNC office space in the Mobile AL area but will be asked to regularly travel in a geographical area that includes territory in Lower AL to the Florida Panhandle. You will be asked to conduct security awareness training, respond to critical incidents, and complete Physical Security risk assessments for PNC locations, including retail and non retail facility locations, off-site ATMs, or anywhere PNC has an asset.
Occasional travel outside of this area to support the physical security needs of the bank may be required. Qualified candidates must have the ability to be on-call after hours/weekends and will receive calls that may require guidance, and/or an in-person response should criminal activity be confirmed.
Qualified candidates will be asked to work with physical and electronic security vendors to ensure PNC assets are appropriately protected, and equipment is installed where applicable to meet PNC standards. Candidates will be asked to work closely with both facility and construction project managers, and to participate in and provide input and oversight for projects that impact physical security.
Qualified candidates should possess proficient computer and communications skills to be able to write reports, create presentations, provide in-person or remote training to PNC employees, and be able to effectively communicate with PNC Management on the status of cases and/or physical security operations.
