Responsibilities

Responsible for receiving and ensuring correct delivery of guest’s luggage to and from rooms, airport, and cars and assist all guest inquiries.

Bellman performs various errands related to the guest’s needs, comfort and satisfaction.

Requirements
•
Minimum of 2 years experience in similar role in a luxury hotel is essential
•
Must be strong in discipline and must possess team working skills.
•
Must be cost conscious.
•
Should be able to lift and carry weights during busy times.
•
Must be able to perform efficiently during rush periods
