Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
•
Ensures compliance with legal requirements and Greif standards in all QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) related matters.
•
Maintains regular communication with business partners on QHSE topics.
•
Ensures the continuous renewal and maintenance of existing ISO 9001 certifications.
•
Maintains regular communication with customers regarding QHSE-related issues.
•
Continuously improves the factory’s processes and monitors and reports on achieved QHSE performance and results.
•
Provides ongoing training and awareness programs for factory employees on QHSE-related topics.
•
Is actively present on the production floor on a daily basis, monitoring and supporting machine operators to ensure the correct execution of and compliance with established procedures and processes.
•
Participates in various projects and may lead projects when required.
Education and Experience
•
Typically possesses a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge and Skills
•
Possesses some knowledge of or experience with quality assurance/control in a production setting.
•
Demonstrates strong written and oral communication skills.
•
Possesses strong project management skills.
•
Ability to operate various types of testing equipment.
•
Prior knowledge of applicable federal, state and local regulations, and ISO 9000 standards is a plus.
•
Ability to work collaboratively with others as part of a team.
•
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and any other relevant software.

Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is Ft8,471,100.00 - Ft14,400,900.00 annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between12,000,000.00 to14,400,000.00 annually. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
