Job Summary
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with proven experience selling SEO or digital marketing services. This is a high-performance remote sales role focused on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and booking qualified meetings.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to position SEO services, identify growth opportunities for clients, and confidently engage decision-makers in marketing and leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
ā€¢
Execute high-volume outbound outreach (cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads
ā€¢
Identify and target companies that would benefit from SEO and digital marketing services
ā€¢
Engage key decision-makers (CMOs, Founders, Marketing Managers)
ā€¢
Qualify prospects based on budget, needs, and readiness to invest in SEO
ā€¢
Book high-quality discovery calls for Account Executives
ā€¢
Personalize messaging using insights around website performance, rankings, and traffic gaps
ā€¢
Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
ā€¢
Consistently hit KPIs for meetings booked and pipeline generated
Requirements
ā€¢
2+ years of experience selling SEO or digital marketing services (MANDATORY)
ā€¢
Proven outbound sales experience (cold calling, email, LinkedIn outreach)
ā€¢
Strong understanding of SEO concepts (keywords, rankings, backlinks, technical SEO basics)
ā€¢
Experience explaining and selling SEO value propositions to clients
ā€¢
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
ā€¢
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
ā€¢
Target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs
Nice to Have:

Experience working in an agency environment

Knowledge of tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Analytics
