What You’ll Be Doing:
•
Manage Quote Data: Review, verify, and enter small-to-medium customer quote data into Arrow’s internal tools.
•
Format & Scrub Information: Download and structure quote files using intermediate Excel skills, verifying part numbers with search tools and correcting NEDA assignment errors.
•
Execute Quote Strategies: Review Strategic Quote Coversheets (SQCS), accurately apply markup strategies into basic quote coversheets, and manage the unassigned quote queue.
•
Deliver Final Quotes: Extract completed quotes, verify data accuracy, and export them into the requested formats for customer delivery.
•
Resolve Routine Issues: Follow established procedures to spot straightforward data discrepancies and keep the quoting workflow moving smoothly.
•
Vendor management: Foster vendor and supplier relationships.
•
Material Planning: Get involved with internal Arrow teams to plan ahead material related issues (inventory, purchase, etc.)

What We’re Looking For:
•
+2 years of similar experience in Materials Planning and/or purchasing.
•
Advanced English skills, Conversational and written.
•
Intermediate Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Xlookup, pivot tables, and analysis of data).
•
Use of ERP systems desirable.
