Within your first year, you’ll help re-establish the channel as a stable, profitable, and brand-healthy source of growth. If you’ve worked in a role where you owned a customer business, managed a P&L, and turned customer relationships into formal business plans, you’ll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to understand performance drivers, connect insights to action, and build long-term value.
You’ll join the MG China Sales eCom B2B team, where we define channel strategy, build customer partnerships, and turn market insights into commercial action. We meet weekly to review performance, align on priorities, and solve challenges together. Our team is deliberately flat and collaborative, with a hybrid rhythm that encourages open discussion and shared ownership. Storytelling, critical thinking, commercial acumen, change agility, and strong customer partnerships all play an important role in how we work.
Success means becoming a trusted partner to key customers while helping shape the future of the channel. You’ll work closely with other Key Account Managers and operations teams to strengthen execution and support growth priorities over the next 12 to 18 months. Strong performance will be reflected through sustainable business growth, healthy customer partnerships, improved forecast accuracy, and better promotion return on investment.
