About the role
HSHS St Vincent Hospital, St. Mary’s Hospital and St. Clare Hospital are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. Ideal candidates are patient focused and mission driven looking for an opportunity to improve patients’ mobility, strength, and overall functional independence through therapeutic interventions.

Position Specifics:
• Department: Acute Care
• Core Function: Rehab/Therapy/Sleep
• Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours weekly, 8-4:30pm and late shifts are rotated (9-5:30pm), no call, every third weekend (Sat and Sun), 2 holidays per year
2 days per week will be spent at St. Clare Hospital in Oconto Falls
• Facility: St. Vincent Hospital, St. Mary’s Hospital, St. Clare Hospital
• Location: Green Bay, WI and Oconto Falls, WI

Education Qualifications
•
Graduate (e.g., bachelors, master, or doctorate) from an accredited program which meets the licensure requirements in the state of practice is required.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice is required.
•
Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment is required.
•
Illinois: Following physical therapy philosophies and standards of care set by Illinois Physical Therapy Act and other applicable governing agencies, licensure is required within 1 year for individuals meeting all other applicable requirements.
