Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new Treasures clients

Lead a team of Treasures Wealth Associate to achieve client acquisition targets and ensure exceptional client service
•
Analyze market trends, client preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored wealth management solutions to clients
•
Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance
•
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policiesRequirements
•
Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management or a related field, with a proven track record of client acquisition
•
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
•
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
•
Proficient in the use of relevant financial and wealth management software
