Lumana is looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist to own the day-to-day movement, inventory, and operational readiness of the hardware that supports our global deployments.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of supply chain, logistics, inventory, and technical hardware operations. You’ll coordinate shipments across Israel and the United States, manage relationships and workflows with our manufacturing and logistics partners, maintain accurate inventory, and ensure Lumana hardware is properly prepared and ready for deployment.
You’ll also support basic provisioning of Lumana servers and cores, including software flashing, configuration, and functional testing. You don’t need to be an engineer — but you should be comfortable working with computer hardware and learning technical processes.
This is an ideal role for someone who likes making complex operational processes run smoothly, enjoys being hands-on, and can take ownership across multiple vendors, countries, and moving pieces.
Casarea, Israel (Hybrid)
This role is based in our Caesarea office and requires a strong on-site presence due to the hands-on nature of the position. You should expect to work approximately four days per week on-site, with flexibility for approximately one remote day per week depending on operational needs.
