Marketing Automation Specialist – GoHighLevel, ManyChat & Funnels | Remote

About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Marketing Automation Specialist to build and manage lead-generation systems across GoHighLevel, ManyChat, funnels, CRM workflows, AI content, and marketing automation tools.
This is a hands-on execution role for someone who understands how to turn traffic, content, and social engagement into qualified leads and booked calls through scalable automation systems.
You’ll own the infrastructure behind lead generation — from landing pages and Instagram DM automations to CRM pipelines, nurture sequences, booking flows, and AI-powered content workflows.
What You’ll Own
GoHighLevel & Marketing Automation
•
Build and manage workflows inside GoHighLevel (GHL)
•
Create automated email, SMS, follow-up, and nurture sequences
•
Build and maintain CRM pipelines and lead stages
•
Connect forms, landing pages, calendars, funnels, and CRM workflows
•
Automate repetitive marketing and operational processes
•
Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot workflow issues
•
Ensure leads are properly captured, routed, tracked, and followed up with
•
Prevent lead leakage across the marketing and sales funnel
Funnels & Conversion Optimization
•
Build landing pages, lead-generation funnels, and booking flows
•
Create clear conversion paths from initial engagement through booked calls
•
Improve funnel messaging, structure, and user experience
•
Monitor conversion rates and identify drop-off points
•
Test and optimize funnel elements based on performance
•
Continuously improve lead-to-booking conversion rates
ManyChat & Instagram DM Automation
•
Build and manage ManyChat automation workflows
•
Create Instagram DM funnels using keyword and engagement triggers
•
Build automated replies, qualification flows, and lead capture sequences
•
Connect ManyChat leads with GoHighLevel and other marketing systems
•
Turn Instagram engagement into qualified leads and booked calls
•
Monitor and optimize DM automation performance
AI Content & Repurposing
•
Use ChatGPT, HeyGen, and similar AI tools to accelerate marketing execution
•
Turn long-form or raw content into multiple marketing assets
•
Batch-create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and short-form platforms
•
Develop content that supports lead generation and conversion — not just engagement
•
Build repeatable AI-assisted content workflows
•
Identify opportunities to increase content output without sacrificing quality
Short-Form Video & Content
•
Repurpose long-form content into Reels, Shorts, and social clips
•
Perform basic video editing using CapCut, Descript, or similar tools
•
Create multiple short-form assets from existing content
•
Optimize content for different social platforms and audiences
•
Support consistent content production and distribution
Integrations & Workflow Automation
•
Connect marketing systems using Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar tools
•
Build reliable workflows between CRM, forms, funnels, calendars, and marketing platforms
•
Troubleshoot broken integrations and automation logic
•
Reduce manual work through scalable systems
•
Document important workflows and automation processes
Paid Lead Generation
•
Support Facebook and Instagram lead-generation campaigns
•
Assist with campaign setup and lead-flow management
•
Monitor lead quality and acquisition performance
•
Ensure paid leads enter the correct CRM and nurture workflows
•
Help improve and scale paid acquisition as lead-generation systems mature
Must-Have Experience & Skills
•
Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
•
Proven experience building:
•
Lead-generation funnels
•
CRM workflows and pipelines
•
Email and SMS automations
•
Booking systems
•
Follow-up and nurture sequences
•
Strong ManyChat experience, particularly Instagram DM automation
•
Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion funnels
•
Experience using ChatGPT and AI tools within marketing workflows
•
Experience with content repurposing and short-form content
•
Familiarity with Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar automation platforms
•
Ability to troubleshoot automation and lead-flow issues independently
•
Strong organizational and execution skills
•
Strong written English communication
•
Ability to work during U.S. EST business hours
Nice to Have
•
Experience supporting founders, coaches, agencies, or online businesses
•
Facebook and Instagram Ads experience
•
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) experience
•
Advanced prompt engineering or AI workflow experience
•
Experience with HeyGen or AI-generated video

Experience scaling inbound lead-generation systems
•
Experience connecting multiple marketing platforms through APIs or automation tools

What a Typical Day Looks Like
You may start your day reviewing lead flow and troubleshooting a GoHighLevel workflow, then build a ManyChat Instagram DM sequence, optimize a booking funnel, repurpose long-form content into short-form assets using AI, and review the performance of a Meta lead-generation campaign.
You’ll regularly move between automation, funnels, CRM management, AI content, integrations, and conversion optimization.
In short: you build the systems that turn marketing activity into qualified leads and booked opportunities.
