Job Description Summary:

As a Production Packaging Operator, you will perform a variety of production tasks in one of our world-class manufacturing facilities. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a team environment.
What You’ll Do for Us
•
Operate case forming, case packing, labeling, and other packaging equipment efficiently.
•
Ensure equipment is supplied with required materials such as adhesives, shrink wrap, and labels.
•
Perform package quality checks and troubleshoot machinery or product quality issues.
•
Set up and change over equipment for different package sizes and case codes.
•
Perform operator-level preventative maintenance as required.
•
Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness to comply with GMP standards.
•
Follow all safety rules, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
•
Maintain accurate records and properly label all containers in the work area.
•
Work with maintenance, production teams, and management to resolve issues and maximize efficiency.
•
Report or correct unsafe conditions immediately.
•
Participate in team assignments, cross-training, and job development training.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
•
High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience required.
•
Working knowledge of production environments and manufacturing equipment.
•
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
•
Ability to troubleshoot production-related and equipment issues.
•
Ability to read and understand equipment operation manuals and follow directions.
•
Ability to identify material and product defects visually and audibly.
•
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with sufficient manual and finger dexterity.
•
Ability to work all shifts, including up to 12-hour shifts, overtime, and extended hours as needed.
•
Ability to rotate positions and work effectively in a team environment.
•
Must maintain good attendance.
•
Must complete the required training and certification for the position within six months of start date.
•
Must follow all TCCC Quality System requirements and standard operating procedures.

Pay Range:
United States: 44,761 - 55,161 USD
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
