Brown & Brown is inviting expressions of interest for our Risk Consulting Graduate Programme 2027.
This is an opportunity to learn more about a rewarding career in insurance, risk management, and advisory services with one of the world’s leading insurance brokerages.
Formal applications for the programme will open in January/February 2027, with successful candidates joining us on 13 September 2027.
About the Programme
Our two-year graduate programme is designed to help ambitious graduates build the technical, commercial, and relationship skills needed to succeed in the insurance industry.
Through structured learning, professional qualifications, mentoring, and hands-on experience, you’ll gain exposure to real client challenges while developing a strong foundation for a long-term career in insurance and risk management.
Who We’re Looking For
We are particularly interested in hearing from students and graduates of:

BBS majoring in Risk Management & Insurance
•
MSc Insurance & Risk Management
•
BA International Business (with Insurance Modules)
Successful candidates will demonstrate:

A strong interest in insurance, risk management, and business

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset
•
Initiative, drive, and a willingness to learn
