About the role

Responsibilities
•
Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service
•
Develop and implement standard operating procedures and quality control measures to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction
•
Manage and train staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about all aspects of food and beverage service, including menu items, wine pairings, and service etiquette
•
Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis
•
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws
•
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to ensure the company remains competitive and relevant
•
Foster positive relationships with guests and resolve any issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
•
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
•
3+ years of experience as an Assistant F&B Manager, F&B Manager or similar role
•
Extensive knowledge of food and beverage service, including industry trends and best practices
•
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
•
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
•
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
•
Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset
