The expected annual compensation for this role ranges from $130,000–$185,000 USD in base salary, with total on-target earnings (OTE) ranging from $260,000–$385,000 USD. This range reflects the different levels at which we may hire for this role. Individual compensation will be determined by the level at which a candidate is hired, which is based on relevant experience, demonstrated scope and impact, and performance throughout the interview process. Candidates should not expect to be hired at the top of the range unless their experience and interview performance support leveling at the highest end of the role.
