• Gather, analyze, and document client business requirements for Prepaid Card implementations. • Collaborate with clients, project managers, product teams, and technical teams to deliver successful implementation solutions. • Analyze business processes, transaction flows, and system requirements to define implementation approaches and solution designs. • Configure and customize Prepaid Card solutions to meet client and business requirements. • Evaluate implementation requirements and identify potential risks, dependencies, and impacts to project delivery. • Analyze complex implementation scenarios and recommend solutions to optimize system functionality and client outcomes. • Develop and maintain implementation-related scripts, configurations, and solution components to support client requirements. • Create and maintain detailed implementation documentation, configuration guides, process flows, and project deliverables. • Document solution designs, business rules, and implementation decisions to support future enhancements and knowledge transfer. • Support system, integration, and user acceptance testing activities to ensure solutions meet business and client expectations. • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve implementation issues identified during project execution and testing phases. • Coordinate implementation activities, production deployments, and client onboarding efforts throughout the project lifecycle. • Communicate project status, risks, issues, and implementation updates to internal and external stakeholders. • Gather and analyze client feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and service improvements. • Lead implementation discussions, provide subject matter expertise, and support decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. • Work independently under general supervision while managing implementation deliverables and achieving project milestones. • Share knowledge, best practices, and implementation expertise with team members and stakeholders. • Work on multiple client implementation projects and drive successful project outcomes.
