What you’ll do – your role in making an impact
As Business Development Manager – Red Hat, your focus will be on cultivating strong relationships with partners and vendors, identifying new business opportunities, and executing sales strategies to expand market share. This role requires a deep understanding of the industry, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively. Minimum 5+ years of strategic sales, business development in technology, distribution, or related industries.

Bachelor’s degree preferred (high school diploma or equivalent required).

Strong market knowledge, negotiation skills and experience closing complex, solution-based deals.
•
Experience managing profit and loss concepts, forecasting, and margin profiles.
•
Ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
•
Ability to foster strong collaboration with our Center of Excellence engineers to achieve excellence together
•
Exceptional presentation skills to communicate effectively with executive audiences and technical teams.
