About the role
We’re looking for our first Technical Program Manager to work with our largest enterprise customers and help them adopt Cursor. This is a highly customer-facing role. You’ll partner closely with customer engineering teams and internal stakeholders to drive complex deployments across engineering, security, IT, and executive stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for ensuring customers achieve measurable outcomes while helping SpaceXAI scale its enterprise motion.
As our first TPM, you’ll also help define how we work. You’ll build the playbooks, processes, and operating rhythms that allow us to support increasingly large and complex customer deployments.
What You’ll Do

Own the success of our most strategic customer deployments, from initial planning through organization-wide rollout.

Act as the quarterback across customer stakeholders and SpaceXAI teams, driving alignment, execution, and decision-making.

Turn ambiguity into clear plans, identify risks before they become problems, and keep complex programs moving forward.
•
Build trusted relationships with engineering leaders, executives, and technical teams at some of the world’s most sophisticated companies.

Create the playbooks, processes, and operating model for how Cursor scales enterprise deployments.
•
Bring customer feedback directly into Product and Engineering, helping shape the future of SpaceXAI.
