Job Description Summary
Lead the strategic and operational performance of the Campinas manufacturing facility, ensuring excellence in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and profitability while driving continuous improvement and business growth.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
•
Manage the facility’s operational and financial performance, ensuring achievement of productivity, cost, quality, and on-time delivery targets;
•
Drive operational excellence through the implementation of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement initiatives, and best-in-class production processes;
•
Champion a strong EHS and quality culture, ensuring compliance with GE Vernova standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations;
•
Lead, develop, and engage a high-performing multidisciplinary workforce, fostering collaboration, accountability, and talent growth;
•
Oversee manufacturing operations, repair center activities, capital investments, and supply chain initiatives to support sustainable business growth.
Required Qualifications:
•
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or postgraduate degree is preferred;
•
Significant leadership experience in industrial manufacturing, power generation, energy, heavy equipment, or related sectors;
•
Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, process optimization, quality management systems, and operational excellence methodologies;
•
Experience managing manufacturing facilities, repair operations, or service centers with responsibility for safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance;
•
Advanced English communication skills and proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
